Use your official group name, a familiar nickname or a phrase that makes the members smile. A short name often sits well on two lines. If you have a longer name, try a few arrangements before making the letters smaller. You can add a founding year or a member’s name as a separate line, provided everything remains comfortably within the print guides.

Notebook details and paper choices

Choose ruled pages if you like orderly discussion notes, reading lists and longer reflections. Choose unruled pages if you prefer sketches, visual notes or your own page layouts. Both versions share the same A5 size and construction. The open-notebook image in the gallery illustrates the ruled option; unruled pages have no printed writing lines.

The interior has no preprinted discussion questions, reading trackers, calendars or planning templates. You decide how much space each book receives. A few notes can fill one page, while a lively discussion might need several. The flexible cover and familiar paperback binding make it easy to keep alongside the book you are currently reading.

Design your book-club cover

Select your page style and A5 size, then click Customize product. Choose Front in the studio. The gallery sample is not preloaded. To use the lavender theme, download the lavender book-circle PNG, then upload it using Add a photo. The transparent illustration has an empty centre so your club name can remain a separate editable text layer.

1. Place the book wreath inside the visible cover guides, keeping a margin around the illustration.
2. Use Add words to enter the club name and choose a readable size.
3. Add a separate subtitle below the wreath, such as “Book Club Notes”, or use your own short line.
4. Choose Back if you want artwork or wording on the reverse, then inspect both sides.
5. Select Review, confirm the spelling and page style, and save the design before adding the notebook to your cart.

The artwork canvas measures 140 × 203 mm for each cover. Keep important wording within the on-screen guides and resize illustrations proportionally. Leave space between the club name and surrounding books so the words stay easy to read. If an image-quality warning appears, reduce the artwork size or use a larger source file before approving it.

Make room for the conversation

Before a meetup, write down the questions you do not want to forget. During the discussion, capture a new interpretation or a recommendation from another member. Afterward, add one thought you would like to return to on a reread. These are ideas for using the blank or ruled pages, rather than sections already printed inside.

You might keep a running list of future book choices, note which member suggested each title or dedicate a page to the group’s favourite discoveries of the year. If the club meets less often, a notebook can help reconnect the conversation between sessions. There is no requirement to fill it quickly or make every entry look the same.

Care and ordering details

Keep dry, store flat and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Open the perfect-bound spine gently rather than forcing it flat. Test your pen on a small area first. Gallery images are illustrative mockups; printed colours, paper appearance and placement may vary. Decorative gold tones are printed ink, and styling props are not included.

You can upload your own artwork if you have permission to reproduce it. A saved design is required to order, and the approved artwork determines the printed cover. Artwork size and the number of objects do not add a design-area fee. Applicable tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
