The design you see

How to personalize your tapestry

Choose Customize product and start with the blank front. Add readable text or upload a clear PNG, JPG or WebP image. Customer uploads can be up to 5 MB and 20 million pixels. Keep smaller images at an appropriate size rather than enlarging them to fill the whole tapestry. The text tools are useful for a clear name or short phrase without needing a large image file.

Your design fills a centered 20 by 20 inch area on the 24-inch tapestry, leaving an approximately two-inch white border around it. Keep important words at least 25 mm inside the design boundary. A coloured background can fill the central area; the outer fabric border stays white. Check spelling, contrast and placement in the product preview. Remove any placeholder wording, save the design and then add it to the cart. Only the front is customizable, and changing the arrangement does not add a design-size fee.

Hanging and caring for the fabric

Use the corner grommets with fixings suited to your wall surface. Check that each fixing is secure and follow the instructions supplied with your chosen mounting hardware. Do not stretch the fabric tightly or pull against the grommets to force it into position. A little natural movement is part of a soft wall hanging. Keep it away from open flames, strong heat and damp areas.

For routine care, wash gently in cold water with mild detergent and allow it to air dry. Avoid bleach, harsh scrubbing and high heat. Do not iron directly over the printed face. If you store it between displays, make sure it is fully dry and fold it loosely. Move the tapestry by supporting the fabric instead of carrying its weight from a single corner fitting.
