You Wrote a Book Author Congratulations Card

You Wrote a Book Author Congratulations Card

The You Wrote a Book Author Congratulations Card celebrates a moment that deserves more than a quick message. Behind a finished book are ordinary days of drafting, difficult revisions and the decision to keep returning to the page. This illustrated card gives that work a cheerful acknowledgement, with an open book, bright flowers and a simple message of pride.

A thoughtful note for a writer

Give it at a book launch, place it beside a newly arrived author copy, or share it when a friend finishes the draft they have been working on for years. The sentiment works for a first book and for the latest addition to an established writing life. You do not have to know every chapter to recognise the effort that brought the book into being.

A folded card with an envelope

This is a portrait A5 greeting card made from one folded sheet of white artboard. Opened flat, it forms an A4 spread with four pages in total: front, inside left, inside right and back. Digital colour printing carries the artwork, and an envelope is included with each card. The slim format is easy to present beside a book or another small gift. This listing is for a physical card, not a downloadable file.

The design and wording

The front reads “You Wrote a Book!” with the smaller line “Every page was worth it.” A rich plum background sets off warm ivory lettering, coral flowers and printed ochre stars. The back is white with a small Euonia Press wordmark. Both inside pages are blank, ready for your own congratulations. The gold-like details are printed colour, not foil or glitter.

Make your message meaningful

Write about a moment you remember from the journey: the first time they described the idea, a passage that stayed with you, or the day they finally typed the last line. A specific memory can make a short note feel personal. If you have not read the book yet, you can still celebrate the care, persistence and courage it took to make it.

Ready for your handwritten words

This is a fixed design, so you can choose it without opening a customizer or entering a name. The front wording stays exactly as shown, while the blank interior leaves the personal part to you. Use the enlarged artwork image to read the message before ordering. If you would like a printed name, your own artwork or a message inside, choose the separate customizable author greeting card instead.

You can keep your note brief or fill both inside pages. Before writing the final message, try the wording on a spare piece of paper and check names carefully. Choose a pen that suits the paper and allow the ink to dry before closing the card. A small date or the title of the book can help the recipient remember the occasion when they find the card again later.

What is included and how to keep it

Your order includes one printed folded card and one envelope. Books, pens, flowers and other styling props in the images are not included. Keep the card dry and flat until you are ready to give it. Avoid rubbing the printed face against rough objects. Printed colours may differ slightly from a bright screen, and small variations in trimming and folding are normal.
