Book-related events only. Euonia Book Events is restricted to genuine events connected to books, authors, readers, writing, publishing, bookstores, libraries, literary learning, or closely related literary activity. Unrelated events may be rejected or removed.
Authority to list. By submitting an event, you confirm that you are the organizer, event manager, authorized representative, participant with permission, supporter with permission, or otherwise authorized to publish the event information.
Accurate information. You are responsible for ensuring that the title, description, date, time, venue, pricing, organizer details, external links, and all other information you provide are accurate and not misleading. You must not knowingly publish false, outdated, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
Euonia is not the event organizer. Unless an event is explicitly identified as an official Euonia Press event, Euonia Press is not conducting, organizing, managing, sponsoring, endorsing, supervising, or guaranteeing the listed event.
Third-party websites and payments. Registration, ticketing, payment, refunds, cancellations, delivery, venue access, and services provided through external websites are between the visitor and the relevant third party or organizer. Users should independently verify details before making any payment. Euonia Press does not control external websites.
Your content and image rights. You confirm that you have the right to upload the event image and submit the event text. You grant Euonia Press a non-exclusive permission to display, resize, format, and use the submitted event content on Euonia Book Events and, when you separately purchase promotion, within applicable Euonia promotional placements for that event.
No prohibited or abusive content. Do not submit illegal content, scams, impersonation, malicious links, deceptive payment requests, copyright-infringing material, harassment, spam, or content intended to misuse the Book Events directory.
Review, reports, blocking and removal. Every submission is subject to admin review. Euonia Press may reject, temporarily place an event under review after a report, restore it, block it, or permanently delete it when needed to protect the service or enforce these terms. A report does not by itself establish wrongdoing.
Interested reminders. The Interested feature is a convenience only. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed, and users remain responsible for checking the event date, time, timezone, venue, and organizer updates.
Free listing and optional promotion. Publishing an approved Book Event listing is free. Any optional event advertising or promotion is a separate service handled through the Euonia advertising system and may have separate pricing and terms.
Automatic deletion. Event-side data is permanently deleted approximately 72 hours after the event ends, including the event record, uploaded event media, Interested records, reports linked only to that event, and Book Events plugin records. This deletion is intended to be irreversible. Separate advertising transaction/accounting records maintained by the Euonia Ad Plugin may be retained according to that service's own requirements.
Responsibility for your listing. You remain responsible for your submitted content and for claims arising from material, links, or representations you provide. Euonia Press may contact you through your account when clarification is needed.
Terms updates. Euonia Press may update these Event Terms & Conditions. Each submission records the terms version accepted at the time of submission.
